Treat yo’ self…to the spa.
South Lake Tahoe has TONS of spas. Like, a lot. Whether you want a facial, a massage, a manicure and pedicure or even a little botox, there are plenty to choose from. They even have the best full body massage chair. The casinos all have their own within the resort, while plenty of the nearby boutique hotels (like The Landing) feature their own onsite facility. Heavenly Village and Ski Run Marina have plenty of options while the other side of town does as well. Making a spa visit just minutes from the front door of many of our South Lake Tahoe vacation rentals.
Love wine? Love art? Even if you just love wine, get a group and go sip some vino and spend a few hours letting your inner artist get creative! The best part is that this business is located at the end of Ski Run, making it easy to meet up with the snow lovers after they get in some runs. It is also conveniently located close to many of the vacation rentals in South Lake Tahoe.
Get lucky at the casinos
This one seems obvious, after all, South Lake Tahoe is home to our own mini “Vegas strip”. Not a gambler? No problem! Catch a show
Doesn’t even matter what kind! You can catch a comedy act, a magic show or head to the theater in Heavenly Village, grab some popcorn and settle in.

South Lake Tahoe may not be Rodeo Dr as far as shopping is concerned, but we have PLENTY of locally owned retailers featuring unique items that are hard to find anywhere else. J’s Boutique in Harrah’s, Sealed With a Kiss in the Village and Savvy Boutique in the Raley’s Shopping Center are just a few. However, there are plenty more throughout town, including a specialty yoga boutique. You won’t find Lululemon, but you will find other brands carried at Nordstroms here.
