<p><strong>If I  rent my property out, either long-term or short-term, what do my  renters have to do to get user passes?</strong> Short-term renters may purchase user passes with a  valid rental agreement or confirmation papers. Children under the age of  6 years are free as long as they are accompanied by an adult pass  holder. Long-term renters may purchase user passes for one year, please  contact office for details. You will need to bring a copy of your  rental/lease agreement and a utility bill that reflects your Tahoe Keys  address into the Association office and have a picture pass made. In  addition, the owner of the property has the option to relinquish one or  more of his/her property I owner passes to his/her renters. In addition,  the owner of the property has the option to relinquish his/her property  owners passes to his/her lont-term renters. Along with this letter, you  will also need to bring a copy of your rental/lease agreement and a  utility bill into the office in order to have a picture pass made.</p>
<p><strong> Where can my guests park their RV while they are visiting? Where can I  park my RV? </strong>You may  park your RV or a guests RV in your driveway for a seven (7) day  period. You may park on the street for 72 hours. Private storage in  available in the <a class="zem_slink" title="South Lake Tahoe, California" rel="geolocation" href="http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=38.9333333333,-119.984444444&amp;spn=0.1,0.1&amp;q=38.9333333333,-119.984444444%20%28South%20Lake%20Tahoe%2C%20California%29&amp;t=h">South lake Tahoe</a> area. Check your yellow page listings.</p>
<p><strong> Where can I take garbage when I have to leave before the Friday pick-up?</strong> You may bring your household trash to the dumpsters at  the Association Office. Please! Household trash only with a maximum of 2  bags.</p>
<p><strong> Does a bus stop in the Keys? Do the Casino buses pick up here?</strong> There is no scheduled city bus stop located within the  Keys. Check with the Casinos directly for their shuttle bus pickup  points.</p>
<p><strong> Where are the bike trails/bike rentals?</strong> There are bike rentals located throughout the area.  All of the rental companies can give you information on bike trails. As  with all services, it is the policy of the Keys not to recommend anyone  person or place. Check your yellow page listings.</p>
<p><strong>What are the hours of the Pool? </strong>The Indoor Pool is open year-round  from . 6:30 A.M. to 8 P.M. daily. Check with the office or pool for a  schedule of classes, lap swimming, and open swim times. The Outdoor Pool  is open from Memorial Day weekend until a week or so after the Labor  Day weekend (depending on the weather). Those hours are 10 A.M. to 6  P.M. daily.</p>
<p><strong>Where is the health club? </strong>There is a health/exercise club located in the Tahoe  Keys Village. This facility is not owned by TKPOA and has no connection  to our homeowners association. Please check with them directly for  information regarding their services. Check your yellow page listings.</p>
<p><strong>Can I  have a birthday party for a few children at the Outdoor Pool? Can I  have a party for a few children at the indoor pool?</strong> Yes. All parties must be booked prior to the party  date. All applicable fees must be paid at the time of booking. There is a  required $50 deposit for all parties &#8211; refundable if facilities are  left clean and free of damage. You must also have an extra pool  attendant in attendance with a minimum of two (2) hours service. Their  fee is $12.50 per hour.</p>
<p><strong>Where is the private beach?</strong> The area in front of the Pavilion is the private beach  area for TKPOA members and guests.</p>
<p><strong>Can I  send my kids to the pool alone? </strong>Children must be 11 years or older to  go to either pool alone.</p>
