Lake Tahoe Ski Leases.

The typical Lake Tahoe ski lease starts either before the Holidays in late November or early December and runs through the end of March or early April. Depending on your needs and financial position many of our Lake Tahoe ski lease guests vacate the rental for Christmas and New Years and then begin again just after the holidays have concluded. This allows the homeowner of the Lake Tahoe property access to the lucrative Holiday period and possibly gives the ski lease guest a better pricing structure and avoids the busy holiday season where many resort season passes are “blacked out” anyhow.
