Look at you! iPad!

Great–thanks for adding it. I think it’s a great link.

My only reco for the website is putting the homes first on the left hand navigation side, and Lake Tahoe activities lower on the navigation column. Since I allow pets, I love being able to have a link for that. I have pets, and it’s a pain and expensive to get a pet-sitter. I also like my competitive advantage of a nicely maintained yard with a total fenced in back yard. I leave my dogs out there all day if they want, and I don’t worry about them. No coyotes, just squirrels that the dogs love to chase after. Plus an attached garage for the winter and unloading pets into the backyard while getting things put away.

I love the personableness, if that’s a word if not, I’ll invent it, of the website. It’s inviting and friendly. I have revamped my website continually as new stuff becomes available. I hired a marketing intern for my office who is 21 years old and is versed in anything technology.

I just really appreciate it that you guys are continually looking to improve, go to conferences, stay passionate about your business, and always strive to be better. Many people will never know the difference, but I am really glad I’m with PLTG. Thank you!

Take care, Maureen

    Hi Cristina,

I noticed you posted this on our blog and would like to take the time to go over what happened during your stay. As you mentioned we had a major snowstorm which was heavy, wet snow that basically destroyed the power grid in South Lake Tahoe leaving over 20,000 people without power. None of my staff, me included had power for over (2) two days our office included. Therefore our PBX and internet was down during that time as well. That is why we did not get back to you. There were over 700 calls/messages that came in via e-mail once power was restored!
We “triaged” our worst hit homes…homes that had trees through the roof, on cars and with live wires hanging in the front and back yards. It was a real mess. With regards to the snow removal our snow removal vendor told me he came by 2-3 times and every time there were numerous cars blocking the driveway so he could not get his equipment in to clear you guys out. They do not use hand tools but large motorized machinery. I think that if you had looked in the shed in the back…outside from the laundry area there are numerous snow shovels and a snowblower. With regards to the plumbing leak and range problems that was new to us and we had them fixed after hearing about it from you and our cleaning crew. Basically and in a nutshell you were not alone in having issues with power, snow removal etc due to the unforeseeable events. We do apologize that you had a rotten time but my advice is to not wait until the last second to book something at New Years. We moved people around so we could fit you in as everything else in town was booked. BTW, you should have received an e-mail with some future credits/gifts attached.

    Dana Benedict
