I am looking for a house to rent in Dec. It should sleep 9 or 10 people–3 families. One bedroom woud sleep 2, bedroom 2 would have to sleep 2 adults and 2 children and bedroom 3 should sleep 2 adults and 1 child. We do not want a swimming pool, close to lake, beautiful views and medium priced. We usually stay in Incline Village–but needs to be close to ski lifts. This is for a christmas family vacation–so I want it to be nice.
